The OmniTrack sofware has been very effective for our school district to schedule trainings, meetings, and meeting rooms. We are able to run a transcript for our staff that includes sessions attended at Region One and within the school district. The master calendar of sessions and rooms has allowed for us to more efficiently plan our staff development sessions. It has optimized the way we create and register for sessions with very little training. Region One staff has also been very responsive in incorporating our specific needs into the system.
OmniTrack has been instrumental in allowing us to continue engaging and collaborative professional learning opportunities for our school district. The platform allows for us to streamline out of district certificates and in-house certificates for our trainings. Our teachers love the combined transcript component that the platform provides. My experience with OmniGrow has been entirely positive. RegionOne has the best facility, staff, and equipment. The course itself was challenging and difficult but by hosting it at such a capable site our team was able to focus on the most important aspect - learning. I recommend these facilities for all training for small teams or large events. It's good to know that you can focus on digesting the information with OmniGrow taking care of everything else.
OmniTrack has helped the McAllen Independent School District provide a structured approach for the coordination of all of the district trainings, meetings, and training sites as a result of the Professional Development Calendar. The system has been utilized by many teachers and district employees to maintain CPE credit, access to transcripts, and the system documents employee’s professional development history. In addition, the system is currently utilized at all district elementary and secondary campuses as Principals use the Professional Development System to document District Professional Learning Days.
